​​ The first global hospitality loyalty program to work across restaurants, hotels & casinos and online legally in 64 countries as one unified program.  A Hard Rock Rewards member can earn and redeem points on all qualifying purchases, stay in the know and score one-of-a-kind experiences that only Hard Rock has to offer around the world.

 

A 2 1/2 year project that required 33,000 people trained, legal & financial reviews in 55 countries, collaboration and buy in from 40 franchise partners+,  20+ technology systems integrated,  materials translated in 15 languages & 8 currencies across four distinct business units into one program.  Launched on October 1, 2012 and ohas grown to 2.8 million members .
